New Business
- Trojan has new owners (Republic), and they don’t seem to want to work as well as/negotiate previous ones i.e., mattresses. Please keep this in mind when the time comes.

He also announced that there is a Fireworks task force, which is collaborative between the BPD & the BFD, running through 7/5. If there is anything to report regrading this- please contact them at 508-941-0244 to report.
Secretary’s Report
- The CBA was represented at the recent Retail Vision & Campello Economic Growth Planning Focus Groups. This provided us with statistics of how people spend their time and money in this area & what they are leaving the area for. This information is vital in helping us determine what is the best use of resources in planning Campello’s future. Reminder next focus group will be on June 28 at 6pm, held at the South Middle School. It is important for all to attend so our collaborative voices are heard.
- “Keeping Campello Clean” letter was sent out to many businesses of our neighborhood and there has been some positive feedback provided. Please follow up with me if we continue to see specific issues with individual businesses and we can send out a more directed letter.
- Reminder 05/31/23 is the Huntington parade- one of the oldest & most patriotic parades held in Brockton & we encourage everyone that can to attend.
